Please note that the “Personal Unit” category is intended for a single vehicle used as a parade entry (i.e. a classic car or hotrod) and not associated with a business or organization.  If the vehicle is representing a business, club, or organization, please select the appropriate “Business” or “Organization” category.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade Entry Fee Schedule:
No Fee – School Marching Bands, Military/Veterans, Schools, or Scout troops (Veterans Organizations require non-profit ID number)
No Fee – Municipal Entries: City-owned vehicles representing police or fire departments
$30 – Per Non-Business Individual or Personally Owned Antique Cars, Custom Vehicles, or Motor Cycle Entry — no group rate
$50 – Family Entry ($40 if Applicant has paid St. Patrick Society Membership Card)
$50 – Organization Entry
$150 – Business Entry ($125 if Applicant has paid St. Patrick Society Membership Card)
$150 – Political Entry ($125 if Applicant has paid St. Patrick Society Membership Card)

The undersigned contact person for the named entry and its participants hereby agrees that the behavior and conduct of his/her unit of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and his/her units’ participants is/are solely responsible for the safety and that approval of participation of the unit in said parade in no way reflects any undertaking of responsibility or liability of the St. Patrick Society of Peoria. Furthermore, the undersigned contact person for the named entry and its participants acknowledges that he/she is aware of risks associated with participation in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade sponsored by the St. Patrick Society of Peoria. The undersigned contact person for the named entry and/or any of its participants agrees to waive, release and discharge the St. Patrick Society of Peoria, the City of Peoria, the County of Peoria, and the State of Illinois from any and all liabilities for damages, death, personal injury, or property damage which the named entry and/or any of its participants may have, or which may hereafter occur to the named entry and/or any of its participants in whole or in part during the assembly of the parade line-up, the movement of the parade along the parade route, and the leaving of the parade route. In agreeing to be a participant in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade sponsored by the St. Patrick Society of Peoria, the undersigned contact person for the named entry and its participants hereby agrees that photos taken during the parade assembly, movement of the parade along the parade route and the leaving of the parade route may be used by the St. Patrick Society of Peoria in its publications, promotions, advertising or otherwise, without any further approval whatsoever. *You will now be asked for a Digital Signature. Please sign, if you agree to our Rules and Regulations and accept responsibility for your entry and participants.*
